Be careful my Orangeburg friends. Serv pro did unnecessary demo of intact and functional items that we are now having to replace without our insurances help. Very expensive job for unnecessary destruction.
Demo completed by Serv Pro, now nothing. Gutted bathroom with a plastic door for 3 weeks. Manager on vacation for a week, no communication, no email replies. Bogus contract with a higher than average rate. Are we stuck? I think not! Getting estimates now so we can move on with our lives and sanity. Serv Pro has caused enough stress to fill up our calendar year. If anything changes on their end, I will update everyone, until then… bathroom remodeling on overdrive….still waiting on call back. I could literally write pages upon pages of a review here. I could also mention names. But for the sake of privacy and decency, I will not do that, but I had a horrible experience with Servpro that I will enumerate with a list, but not before using a quote from a famous writer: "When I borrowed my neighbor's ax, I always made sure I returned it to him sharper than when I got it."
