Great service. Very prompt and professional. Isolated the issue and restored everything like it never happened. Would definitely call them first, or have your insurance company do so. They were USAA’s first choice.
RecommendedI would definitely recommend Olathe Servpro. Vlad (crew chief) and Zac and rest of crew were very professional. They were timely every day. They kept me informed of the process and took the time explaining the process of water extraction from our house. They were also great at taking lots of photos of the damage to provide our insurance company. Finally they took the time to remove all trash and beyond repair items of the property every night
Friday was a terrible day. How some water can cause huge problems. Thank goodness for the folks at Servpro. Vlad and Zach were very professional and explained what they were going to do and did a great job in a messy situation. Their project manager Josh was awesome and extremely good at calming me down and explaining the process. Sure glad Servpro was there. We definitely recommend Servpro and if needed will use the. again.

Woke to basement flooding last month. I shut the water main off & called my insurance company. We recently had a fire sprinkler head freeze and explode at our office. Nothing can really prepare you for such an event and the amount of water. Luckliy we had Matthew Minshal arrive from Servpro of Olathe. From start to finish Matthew made everything work and made it look easy. They moved us out, replaced the interior and we were back in business within 33 days which was quick for the amount of damage. We are grateful for Matthew Minshal and his teams!
ServPro is the company that you don't want to need but are thankful to have in your corner. They worked around my business' schedule so I didn't have to close and did an amazing job. Should we have a flood again, we will definitely be calling them!
I can't thank the team at Servpro Olathe enough. Everyone from Josh, Angel and Chris. The crew was here within just an hour of us calling and stayed until after midnight to make sure we we on our way to getting things back to normal.
