Horrible... had a lighting strike water damage put fans in and never came back!! Then lied to the I insurance company!! Don't use them!! This happened 2x with this company!

We’ve had ServPro dry out our basement twice. Both times we felt they responded quickly and that the crews were professional and courteous. We were told up front what to expect and they cleaned up the problem well.

Had Thor out first to give us a sense of what sort of repair would be needed as a result of water damage to our floors. Then, Vlad and team spent a day on-site doing some of initial litigation tear out. My spouse and I are in the insurance industry, and would definitely recommend our ServPro friends to those in need.
Had expert service from ServPro of Olathe! Thomas and his side kick LaNoel came to our house after a kitchen fire to clean our carpets & furniture. First of all, both men were incredibly polite, were very thorough and made a huge impression! The floors came out beautiful and the furniture did too.
