Had water damage in the basement. Was given a list of what needed to be done: dry things out, disinfect, pull back carpet, replace pad, restore carpet and a quoted price. Agreed. Then they only dried out the carpet and it cost significantly more. Asked about taking out carpet pad and fixing carpet as they said. They came back. Removed pad, flopped carpet over on the cement and left. Want more money to fix the carpet. So now we need to find a restoration company to fix what the restoration company did. Servpro of Ogden went above and beyond in repairing our house from a devastating house fire. The project manager walked us through what we needed to do in the process. This included the process from contacting our insurance company, mortgage company and how the claims are processed.
