Says they're 24 hours and go anywhere but wouldn't help with my flooded apartment without contacting the management office first... What's the point of the service then??

Alfonso and Joe were great! They were prompt, arrived earlier than our appointment time, and finish the work in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend Servpro for mold remediation. I now feel rest assured that we're not breathing in any harmful air.
