They came and supposedly dried my house, I went to pay with my credit card the guy told me that I did not need to pay that they would collect directly from the insurance. They must have invoiced wrong and the insurance sent their payment with the bulk of the payment for repairs in the same check. Excellent, professional, personable staff.
Fire sprinkler pipe froze and burst. Mitigation team arrived promptly, explained process, deployed drying equipment, and used moisture test meter to confirm everything was completely dry. Provided documentary drying report. The reconstruction team worked with me to keep costs down, was resourceful in finding needed materials. Completed job quickly, looked as good as new.
