Poor customer service and they don’t respond back when they say they will
My finance called to make an appointment on October 3rd they asked if we wanted to make it an emergency we said yes. The next day we called and they had no appointment down for us, they told us they were sorry & they would call us back with a new day and time. They never did, it’s October 8th today and I called and spoke with Dallas. He informed me that I need to find another company because nobody wants to take the time out to come out and deal with it.
