Zero, negative stars. Let's summarize, shall we? Two weeks ago they were supposed to take a day and a half, maybe two days tops to restore my kitchen. Ten days later it is still not done. 1. ServPro lied and left me with defective flooring after taking my money I hired ServPro (South Denver) to do mitigation work for water damage in my basement as well as reinstall new flooring. Upon examining the laminate floors after they were finished, we found that they had several defects all over them: permanent drips from liquid glue/silicone (or something else?) that don't come off however we tried to remove them, footprints from contractors stepping on the liquid glue and walking, large scrapes, and more. We had a horrid water loss after a recent storm, ServPro came out in the middle of the night and got the whole thing taken care of. Our Project Manager Rob was awesome. They were quick and efficient and got our home put back together ASAP!
