Everyone at SERVPRO is amazing! I have had the honor of speaking with Laura Lopez Burgdorf and Bob Schooly on several occasions. They are full of knowledge and great with what they do! I have used ServPro on a few projects now and they have provided great customer service. I have received prompt response every time I've called and they have made the effort to accommodate all questions and concerns. I will definitely use them again.
I just recently bought a used vehicle, and it had a cigarette smell to it, which I am super sensitive to. We took it to Servpro, and Jamie helped us out. She sprayed the car with some little mixture, and now I can no longer smell the smoke! I personally think it has a kids bubblegum toothpaste smell, or something like that, it smells super good!! It is strong but not too overwhelming. I am so satisfied with her service and definitely recommend this place!!! Awesome!
