I woke up early one morning and had no water in the bathroom sink. When I checked the water filter system in the basement I found it had been leaking for hours…. 5” of water everywhere. I called ServPro immediately and they were at my home in 45 min. They had all the water squeegeed outside in 1 hour they were all over it. Carlos did a great job with providing all of the steps to get my condo dry after a very bad flood from the unit above me. Over the course of 2 weeks, equipment came and dried out 1200 gallons of water. Just as important, his calm explanations were helpful in understanding the process and progress which have me much hope during the drying out process.
