We've just had an extremely negative experience with this franchise, Servpro of North Everett/LakeStevens/Monroe. August 12 we awakened to a flood from an undersink connection. Water went through the floor and ceiling below to the finished basement, cascading down the walls and damaging carpeting, wallpaper and framed artwork hanging on the walls. It took them over 4 hours to reach our site and proceed with mitigation. Downstairs carpet was pulled loose and floated with fans... Continue Reading
