I honestly have tears of gratitude for Josh Kiser, Kyra, Christian, Comma, and other members of the team as well as the owner of Servpro NE of Salt Lake City. RecommendedServpro is awesome!! I had a terrible water in my basement with water 3 inches high. I called Servpro and Trey showed up within an hour. They moved things out of the way (most places make you move everything before they start). They had to remove walls and sheetrock, I couldn't even tell the had removed anything because cleanup was done perfectly. They tested for mold multiple times untill it was gone. We had a bathroom leak down two floors of our house with no one home. I was in a total state of panic and didn't know what to do. I called ServPro on my agent's recommendation and Trey was here within an hour, at the end of the business day. He and Andy walked me through the process in a calm manner, which was very comforting, then got straight to work. Two days before leaving the country for 3 weeks and it was discovered we had a leak in our home and our basement room flooded. Ammon was called by my Insurance adjuster. He came out to Park City quickly, on time and was very kind, professional and courteous. He was thorough and timely in assessing whether we had moisture between the ceiling and upper level floor. Thanks again Ammon! We will definitely pass your name along to friends.
Not a good experience with these folks. Think twice about hiring and I will post more details shortly. Still dealing with a job from 2014.
