When we moved into our townhouse, we discovered a nasty urine smell in our pantry. After a lengthy investigation into where the source was (no one's fault), it was Shey from ServPro that found the source. This was the worst experience I have had from schedulers. They told me that they finished all of the work for a leak and they did not put on the door to the bathroom and the cabinet that they took down. It took the company 4 to 5 weeks to put together my bathroom wall after funding a leak. They did not clean up, and their scheduling staff does not know how to communicate properly. You have to be on top of their work. There are no check ins at all. Poor project management execution. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The dry wall crew Oscar and Salvador did high quality work on our living room ceiling. They both very friendly and focused on their job be done 1st time right. This is 1nd time they worked on our home repair dry wall issues, we very much happy with their work.
