The interior of our home sustained considerable smoke damage due to a fire in our garage . Servpro of Milford was fantastic! They were great at everything and paid close attention to the details. They are skilled, compassionate, efficient and great with communication. Our initial meeting was with John Comer who literally sat with me for days while getting our project underway. We live in Easton so don’t let their base location of Milford deter you from calling. Servpro has independent franchisees so make sure that you call S... read more
ServPro were amazing! They removed the water in a timely fashion and made sure my house was completely free of any possible mold, mildew, etc. They were true professionals. The attention to detail during the rebuild with Chuck and his staff was awesome and they were there to help me every step of the way. The advice I was given couldn't have been better. We went from a flooded first floor to a gorgeous living area
The service that was performed at my daughter's home was substandard....She had to request management (Matt Caulfield) to come out to see the poor work. He was unprofessional, sarcastic, rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are all about the money and have no regard for the customer.
We had a fire in the basement. They said cleaned everything, but we had to go back over everything. We didn’t not get back all of our belongings and some of the stuff was ruined.
