A few weeks ago we discovered a leak behind the refrigerator and we called the company that delivered it and it was on a Friday, around 3pm I called and a man named Dan called me back for a unit in heritage hills, I thoroughly explained what happened to him and he sent someone, who's name I didn't get, he was bald and he was missing teeth, I asked him do you think this is the fault of the company that dropped this fridge off and he said 100% the leak wouldn't have happened if they would've waited and checked properly. We had a very positive experience with SERVPRO of Milford - Orange. Mario and his Mitigation Team responded quickly and efficiently followed by Chuck and his Restoration Team. Chuck was able to bring in a great group of skilled craftsmen to address all aspects of our restoration.
