I high recommend the servpro for any remediation services. I got home from a trip on a Saturday at 12 am and my ceiling had collapsed. It was a nightmare. There was water and drywall everywhere. I called servpro at 5 am the following Sunday. I told them what happened and also advised I had dealt with a previous company who robbed us blind in a similar situation. I’m truly at a loss for words here. This company came to clean mold that was in my fridge and freezer after months of the appliances being unplugged. For $550 they threw a MOLDY ice chunk in my BATHTUB to just let drain and then continue to sit there. This is so vile, I don’t know how anyone with a brain cell would think this was a good idea and not dispose of this quite literally anywhere else. Do not use this company! Negligent and terrible with communication
