I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Servpro of Miami Beach was so frustrating that I had to share. The cleanup crew was great—professional and efficient. My issue is with the office and billing department. I forwarded my insurance policy to Servpro, unaware that I had a specific EMS (emergency mitigation services) limit. Alvaro was a top professional from start to finish. He helped me avoid disaster with a flood in my apartment, and executed a remediation plan immediately in order to mitigate further damage, as well as clean up the water. Cannot reccomend him enough. Professional, friendly, trustworthy, efficient.... just a few of the words I would use to describe alvaro and his team.
Servpro did excellent work in handling a recent remediation. As expected, they were professional and capable but, just as importantly, the team was extremely customer service oriented. Customer focus was critical to me, especially given the issues that invariably arise during a complex job. The team’s reputation is well-deserved (from its Leadership to Jessica in the office, Lucas in the warehouse, and Lucia in Accounting). Well done!
