SERVPRO in Medina **** is unscrupulous to work with. I reported a claim for water damage to my insurance company. My insurance company told me that they were sending SERVPRO to do an inspection and report damage. The company techs came right on time and first had me sign an iPad signature space several times. There was no documentation to read., They told me one sig was to allow them to do the inspection.
