We are selling our house and we had them come out and look at a small spot in our attic that we were told could be mold. Didn’t know if it was mold or not but that’s why we called them. They sent out two individuals to look at the spot. Within the first five minutes they asked for their $150 check at least five times. Which gave us kind of an indication that it was all about money.
