Overview: I started off hopeful, because they said based on my situation I was verbally quoted "X" price. I made it clear from that phone call forward, whether on the phone or in person with a tech, my expectation was to pay within the quoted price range, and that should anything change in that quote that I would be informed immediately so that we could determine how to proceed from there. Beware ! Outrageously incompetent! Company will not remove all water and items damaged. They hire what appears to be high school kids that have no interest in doing a job correctly. The owner hides from customers and will not speak to you. They must have good attorneys on retainer because law suits are sure to mount. Do not entrust your largest investment to this negligent business! They put my family’s health at risk.
Do not ever use this company. They came to do work in our home and didn't tell us they broke our table. When I told them about it they cover for each other and would not take responsibility for what they did. They are getting paid buy the insurance company so you can't claim anything they destroy. Plus they put clothes in bags and put them where you can't see them and they get mold by the time they take there equipment away.
