Serve Pro and the guys did such an amazing job rescuing my house! I called them at 3:30 in the afternoon and they were out here by 6:30. They got my entire house dried out immediately with over 55 air movers and 8 dehumidifiers! Greg, that was on call came out throughout the weekend to check on my house to check the progress in taking out the moisture levels in the drywall. Don't mind me, just sleeping on my yoga mat. @servpro_of_macon & the other companies have put us through HELL for the last 4 months and they failed to show up today and move our furniture back into our home. This process has been AWFUL and I was very much looking forward to the first night in my home since Dec 4th.
Highly recommend this company! Came home to a flooded bathroom and called Servpro after hours. They responded instantly and sent a team out that night. Our insurance adjuster was relieved to see Servpro’s equipment upon his arrival. He said calling professionals like Servpro actually saves the insurance company money, and they encourage clients to use their services. We did not know that!

My hot water heater leaked. Called insurance company they called Servpro and with in an hour they called me an had an appointment set up. And came out that day. Did a great job and nice crew !
