In April 2025 our basement flooded after a massive rainstorm, and I was frantically calling remediation companies trying to get help. After contacting Allen, the Manager of Servpro Livonia Mi office, he sent a crew as soon as I could expect. So far, the service provided and communication with Allen and his team has been excellent. Noah and Uli were very meticulous, professional and very careful with my home in doing the work. I am very happy with the services Servpro provides. great folks, very responsive to our emergency flooded and ceiling collapse, they were out quick and made another fast visit when more ceiling came down, they cleaned everything , checked for mold and got us ready to have the repairs. Id call them again first in event of a emergency 5 star business!
