Did absolutely amazing made us feel like we mattered and actually talked to us like people and got to know us. It was like he was being a part of our family.
Pretty disappointed with my experience. Called because I had a water incident that I needed mitigated ASAP. Was able to get someone out to get a quote and informed that the work could be done ASAP. Great, got it scheduled. The workers get there and while they're working I ask when the work will be totally finished. I am told that they are only mitigation and that I have to call another number to get a restoration quote. I would like to start off by saying I was a mess. I had sewer/rainwater flood my basement. Mike and his team, christan, cutter Thomas, and Dakota. Help me tremendously to put my mind at ease. They were very helpful, kind hardworking, and well behaved gentleman. I couldn't have asked for a better team. I would highly recommend them. Thank you!
