I had a very disappointing experience with Servpro and would not recommend them based on communication and overall clarity. From the start, I had to repeatedly reach out just to get a call back and have basic questions answered. I understand people are busy, but when you’re dealing with water damage, you expect timely communication and guidance through the process. Instead, I felt like I was doing all of the follow-up. The guys that's did my 2 story house was amazing, they answered all my questions, let me know when they was doing different parts of the house and cleaned everything up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone.

After two pipes burst and caused a major flood, we found ourselves in a really difficult situation. What we did not expect was how much of a blessing Servpro would be, especially Mike and his team. They were incredible to work with from start to finish. Not only did they help clean everything up and get us back to functioning again, but they genuinely cared about us and the needs of our church throughout the process.

Stay away from this company!! They act like they are local to the Lincoln and Warren countries but they have no shop running in this area! So any work you have them do will take a lot longer for them to complete since they are coming from Union Mo. Workers that come out will sit in your driveway in there company vehicle and smoke weed while on your property! Horrible company from the owners all the way down! Very overpriced for the quality of work they perform!

Our church building flooded and SERVPRO has done a fantastic job getting us back up and going. This was a substantial job, and we can't say enough good things about their professionalism and ability to deal with tough projects. They came in and gave us a plan, stability, and a way forward in what could have otherwise been a devastating situation. Matt, Nick, and others were awesome!
