Post fire cleaning and restoration process that I had no experience with, was so much more work and preparation than I could have imagined. We had them come out and quote us on smoke removal smell from one of our rental units that had a smoker in it. They came out with a seconds notice and got us our quote fast so we could get our unit back up and running in no time. Their quote was very reasonably priced as well!! Great company to work with!! This review is for mitigation services only - I had a water back up due to sump pump failure which caused standing water around my sump pit, and flooded drain tiles leading to backed-up water seeping into my foundation creating wet carpet and underlayment on my whole lower level.
