Did a great job of water remediation. Took our area rug for cleaning and lost it. This happened back in March and they still are giving us the runaround about what they are going to do for us.
Our team of, Linda, Marie & Danielle were fantastic. They were professional, on time & friendly! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
We had two separate water losses occur during Mother's Day weekend. As soon as we got the claim going with insurance and contacted Servpro, Nicole came out right away to assess the situation and worked directly with our insurance adjuster. Nicole immediately had her team member Maria call me on when was a good time to come out and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out our basement. The ServPro team was very thorough and committed to drying out our house after a water issue. Nichole is a very helpful Project Manager and is incredibly prompt with communication. Rene is so helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and prompt. He has been so respectful of our home and so patient with our little one and our dog. After an unfortunate kitchen fire, our family called Servpro for their services. From Barb who was in charge of the clean up process, to Paige and Jade who immaculately cleaned everything and more, to Bob who lead the construction project manager, to Keith who cut our countertop, to Kaile from Cabinet Express, to Chris from Bluefrog Plumbing, to Scott who painted and installed the cabinets...we had the most kind and hard working crew! We would recommend Servpro if any of our family and friends had issues with their homes.
