Recommended2020 Hurricane Laura Servpro was recommended by Ashlyn Spence, my coworker to check my home for water damage. I called and spoke to Ben on 09/04/20 @ 10:15 AM, explained that I believed I had water damage and needed someone to come and check. He explained they were swamped, but he would be there as soon as he could. 11:32AM Ben arrive with a coworker,, checked for water damage. If this is the same franchise owner of the Alexandria la location.... This company knows nothing what so ever about mold remediation and the results of releasing mold spores into your home. They send young inexperienced and with NO KNOWLEdGE of how to properly remediate. They had a protocol of using drapes and special equipment when working in my home. The marketing manager John Day is online right now making fun of a friend of mine, whose mother died of cancer. He is specifically making fun of the fact that the person contacted him and told him that he was upset about being made fun of. Would you do business with a company that employs a person like this? A person who makes fun of cancer victims, And then talks about how he's going to go enjoy spreading this all over the Internet about what a crybaby her son is, while he enjoys his coffee?
Manager John Day is extremely unprofessional. Online he has a complete disregard of the feelings of others. He has no remorse or sympathy for elderly and those diagnosed with terminal illnesses. I would never work with a company that employs someone like this, especially a supervisor.
John Day, my mother died of cancer too, finding amusement in the suffering of others is despicable. I don't know who owns SERVPRO but they'll never get a dime or recoommendation from me.
ServPro did a fantastic job! They cleaned thouroughly and were very professional. I would highly recommend ServPro to anyone that needs to have their kitchen cleaned because of smoke damage!!
Thanks to Servpro Lake Charles for their prompt and efficient water removal after recent winter weather frozen pipe issue. I will definitely call their friendly team again should water removal be needed.
