Servpro helped us out amazingly after we had a shower leak from a previous bad contractor messed up their technician Samuel was an amazing help with the project and our disability as me and my husband are deaf and he was able to interpret for us to make the job easier in this stressful time
ServPro of Lacey came over my apartment at Forest Grove apartment on 1/9-1/10. Due to a smoke incident of an oven malfunction on Dec 13. Due to delay (not mine) and after advocating, property managment sent Serv Pro. I had the pleasure meeting Luanne, Milton, Rachael, Arturo, and Robert. They did an outstanding job. Tom was excellent with his knowledge and outstanding service. Our 1914 house basement is quite an improvement from what it was. Tom exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend him.
Luanne and Arturo did a great job on a cleanup of bat guano. They were friendly and communicative.
Our service technician, Tom Fitzgerald, was courteous, friendly and provided professional service cleaning our carpeted areas and additionally provided advice in caring for our linen upholstered sofas. Great service.
