If I could post less than 1 star I would! From beginning to end it was a horrible experience! After verbally telling them how unhappy I was AND writing an email AND a letter explaining what I was dissatisfied with (like they didn't actually clean the items they said they did) they still couldn't seem to understand the simple difference between items being actually clean and their version of "attempting" to clean..... and I should rephrase, I did get a response, wondering what I wanted to do about an item they forgot to bring... read more
