So called and made an appointment and got a no call/no show. So, I had to call the next day to see what’s going on and was told it was an emergency that had happened, ok totally get that. So gave him a chance to make it right said he’ll be there later that evening or he’ll try to come Saturday morning instead. Well, no call and no show again. Called again Monday and was told that I’ll be receiving a phone call. Still haven’t heard a thing and it’s been a week.
Horrible service ! Shoddy work. Unreliable workers, both on the job and the office. The work took forever to complete. Even then, it was unsatisfactory. We will have to redo some of the work - the "contracted" worker did not know what he was doing. He "unknownowingly" installed NONfireproof ceiling panels in the garage. Yes, definitely against code! WE caught the error. Gaps in the dry wall panels. Clogged garage drain due to their "contracted" worker sweeping the insulation and dry wall pieces down the drain! OUR downstairs... read more
