I have used Servpro twice for restoration after 2 unforseen situations. Very satisfied with all work done. Kristin, the lead tech on both outings is simply amazing! She is so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and a hard worker! Good response time. Extremely poor mitigation workmanship. Multiple workers were on the scene frequently and lots of dehumidifying equipment. Water damage throughout the whole first floor of my home initiating in the bathroom. The workers did not touch the bathroom at all except for setting dehumidifier and fan. Drywall was torn out at various heights and quite irregularly making a headache for remodeling. After 2-3 weeks, they informed they were complete.
