I had a really disappointing experience with this SERVPRO location. The prices were much higher than expected, and the quality of the work didn’t match what I paid for. On top of that, the management was very unprofessional — instead of helping me understand my options, I felt pressured to pay upfront even though I had insurance. Awful experience with disingenuous people. They will not send quality help and will not solve problems.
The Servpro team we worked with Eduardo, Abel and Alfredo (and Kirsten in the office) were all wonderful. Eduardo and his team were kind, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. They took their time to explain the situation to me and discuss things going forward. Kirsten coordinated their work with our schedule, answered all my questions and was just so nice during a stressful time! Will not hesitate to use again if we need and would highly recommend.
Complete SCAM!! They charge an obscene amount to do NOTHING!! They came to my house because I had water in a vent and potential mold. They charged $400 simply to tell me that I did indeed have water in my vent (I could already see the water, that is why I called). All they did was unscrew one wood board and they didn’t even put that back. They left the floor open and did not fix anything. They then gave a ridiculous quote and said my wall had to be completely ripped out when there were no signs of mold anywhere else. We had ... read more
