Recently we had a water pipe burst in the middle of the night and flooded our basement. We called Servpro and they came in and started the process of drying out our basement. We had to have out possession packed up and stored and flooring removed. This was our first experience with Servpro and I can't say enough about how fast they worked and how nice everyone was. When our home was damaged by three large pine trees by 95mph winds in September 2019 SERVPRO of Iredell camer to the rescue. We had water damage to our ceiling and carpeting. Thomas came surveyed and immediately took action and did what he said he would do. SERPRO employees were very professional and "knew what to do". Great job.

My air conditioning was leaking and as a result of the leak I developed mold. I called servpro who came and assessed the condition removed the mold, stopped the leak and dried it all out and did some testing to make sure that the mold was all gone.
I went on vacation and a water pipe broke in my home and flooded the entire house. A friend told me about Servpro. I called them and they sent someone to access the damage, gave me an estimate which was very reasonable and stated that they would be at my home the next day at 9am. They arrived promptly and when they left my house was free of water and. Servpro did a great job of restoring my home.
