All of the employees were professional. They answered all of our questions, and we're very helpful.
My experience and a two plus (2+) year battle with the OWNER of Servpro of Ionia has been EXTREMELY NEGATIVE and STRESSFUL. My legal cost alone could be 10K or more when finished. In the beginning I was comforted and assured that repairing the water damage was what they did and it could be easily resolved. Servpro understands the water mitigation process. Mr.******* is very generous with his version of what happened at this job but is far from what actually occurred. Mr******* did supply us with paint colors on a color card he provided to us with what color he wanted in each room. He later changed them and we only charged for the painting we did up to that point. We did the work correctly but what Mr.******* failed to mention is that this house was a disaster when we started the job. The roof was leaking up stairs and had been for some time.
