I didn't call servpro the insurance agent did. Servpro cut the walls in the bathroom,in the basement, capped water lines and didn't put valves on any of them, ect.ect.ect. No I did not call Servpro ever and will never recommend Servpro..... Wait six months for a check 2600.oo on a Job that will cost 10000.00....

This person is delusional. We followed IICRC standards for drying the basement and did it professionally. We are NOT plumbers and do not do plumbing work and never offered too. We did NOT write them an estimate for construction repair or offer construction services to them. We dried the basement ONLY. I offered a name for a construction company of Grand Rapids Construction Services and left it with them if they wanted to use them or not. Servpro has been excellent to work with. We experienced considerable water damage after a toilet waterline broke. Servpro has been most helpful in preventing mold and in drying out our home. Additionally, they have taken care of home repair and located subcontractors for painting, and floor installation.We have been pleased with their expertise and helpfulness.

Should not have an A+ rating. Incomplete inventories taken from a pack-out. Incomplete photos records. Worker sharing opinion with investigaters. Not a good crew to use. Do not and will not recommend anyone use them.

*****, I am surprised at your review. The loss date was in February of 2017. Perhaps you are confusing us with the company you had complete your job for you. All we did was the pack out of the contents and stored them until you had another company who was doing your construction come and pick them up. We have over a hundred pages of inventory and all the contents were neatly packed in boxes and labeled.
