Servpro just completed a mitigation of water damage to two floors of my home. The damage and mitigation were complicated because the company responsible for the damage did not give me the go ahead to start mitigation for 8 days. Our sump pump failed and flooded our basement. Mario, Phoenix and Jacob came out to dry out the basement as quickly as possible. Even our insurance adjuster noted how great of a job they did.
