We used Servpro for water remediation after a hose bib burst and flooded our home. Excellent service, communication and efficient billing. I give them 5 stars for that work. We got this service with Michael and Antonio who are adept in making this process uncomplicated by explaining and walking us through the entire operation.
The guys were very professional and helpful.
I want to tell you that Michael came out and did an amazing job. He is very professional answered all my questions if he didn’t know the answer he found out and got back with me. He really knows his job and does it well. His helper that was with him Antonio did a get job too! Thanks Servpro for sending out two great employees. They really did a great job with mitigation.
Michael and Antonio quickly helped us remove water after a leak. They answered all of our questions and treated the are with care. They showed us moisture reading and explained the process to us and what to look out for. Very helpful and prompt service. Highly recommend.
