I used SERVPRO of Highland Park for mold remediation, and the experience was excellent. Arlen explained everything from A to Z, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He was clear, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. The rest of the team was just as great, everyone was respectful and efficient.This experience completely exceeded my expectations. The coordination and communication were solid throughout. Highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience with Servpro of Highland Park. From the beginning, their team was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Had a leak and called ServPro. Called Highland Park branch cause they had the best reviews (I live in different area but near by) Wona who set things up was great. Ozzy the technician was great, super informative and gave me clear straight answers about my issue. The Highland Park office had full 5 star reviews and I would stand by that. 5 stars for Ozzy and Highland Park ServPro

I’ve tried to use this service twice, but called on the weekend and Allen always answers. He’s extremely rude and I can never get through to actually get service. I wish I could utilize them, but unfortunately I’m unable to. He answers the phone “This is Allen,” never identifies its ServePro and I then interrupts constantly when I’m trying to speak. So frustratingly rude! I get it’s a weekend line but it’s frustratingly unprofessional and a huge barrier to utilizing services.

Really great experience with SERVPRO of Highland Park. The team was super responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. They made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with and handled everything quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend them!!
