ServePro employees are prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable about water mitigation. My complaint is the management. They charge a 3.5% charge for using a credit card. If you have a deductible that’s one thing and then they add insult to injury by tapping for an additional 70 dollar charge. It’s bad enough to have this happen but you don’t need to put salt in the wound
