I discovered a leak in my home literally the day after returning from vacation...not exactly the welcome home I was hoping for. Ray and the entire ServPro team were unbelievable! I have never met a more competent, concerned, efficient and communicative firm in all my years of working with contractors. They kept in constant communication, frequently submitting photographs and analysis to let us know how the mold remediation was progressing. Final readings showed the entire home was clear of all mold spores, including under the floor boards and sub flooring. Ducting and vents were all cleaned and filters replaced. I’m extremely happy with the mitigation service they provided. Before the work started, I was worried the house would be a mess after removing drywall and flooring, but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly professional and organized.
