We were happy overall with Terron and the ServPro team addressing our water damage. Coordination was good and the crew was very professional. The only negative was when the drying equipment was removed without telling us nor giving us feedback on the final moisture readings.
The servpro team from beginning to end did a fantastic. They dispatched two of the most professional workers to take care of our needs. You couldn't ask for better service. I would highly recommend Steven Shusko and his team for you servpro needs.
The team was very professional and efficient. We appreciated their help and support.
Ron and Connor did a great job following up after what the sub par job the sub contractors had done ! I just wish they could have been on my home repairs for the entire project !!
