Servpro responded to our call within 2 hours and quickly extracted water from our rugs, and set up 28 fans and 5 dehumidifiers. For 11 days the kept the drying process going. Today the mitigation phase ended and I couldn’t be more pleased with what they did.
Today 4/1/25 Servpro Technicians Chris and Cole came to check the progress of my home. Again, I am so impressed. I usually dread service calls, as they are usually late, not very professional and sometimes very short when you ask questions. But they were amazing.
