I had repeated problems with the management office returning phone calls and emails. Their rationale: "we did not have the correct phone number." Emails were routinely IGNORED Very VERY poor communication with this company as work progressed. Because the work crews were reported to be "overwhelmed" we rarely knew exactly when those crews would show up.
