I have ZERO interest in working with ServPro ever again. Don't do it! The remediation work was done quickly and without issues - no issues, and I asked up front to COORDINATE the restoration work. I wouldn't even agree to the job until I had the restoration proposal weeks later. I advised ServePro at that time that I wanted their company for BOTH jobs (mediation & restoration), only to find out, AFTER GAPING HOLES WERE IN MY WALLS, that to even start the work, it would require an additional deposit and additional coordinatio... read more
