Malcolm was my technician, he did a wonderful job cleaning up mold on the studs and plywood below a window. The cost was very reasonable. The scheduled time was actually a little earlier than expected. Malcolm cleaned up very nicely. Highly recommend Servpro.
Had a situation where I called ServPro off the internet search and left a message of my needs. I had a Bill Tiscenko call me back and said he was close in the area and said he could swing by my location. He worked me in and we went to my areas of concern and discussed. Bill was very attentive to my concerns and gave me valuable solution choices. I was taken off guard by not being targeted for more cost, etc..
