Steve Glogoza from ServPro did an excellent job managing the clean up at my home after a flood. He arrived within hours of the incident and made a difficult experience much easier to deal with. The crews were on time and got the job done quickly. Steve kept me well informed during the whole process and addressed every issue that came up. Major cleanup job well done!
ServPro truly helped us through a really rough time after a leaking pipe destroyed the entryway to our condo. As per usual, ServPro coms through in times of need! Steve G. Is absolutely awesome. He took care of the huge fountain of water spouting from our hot water heater and coming down our ceiling light fixture like an old pro. He was friendly, efficient, responsible, and understanding! What more can one ask for in times of crises?
Steve is awesome!! He came out to our home on a Sunday after a pipe burst. The water damage was significant but Steve made sure to get the process started!! Steve did a fantastic job of letting us know everything was going to be alright.

Worst contractor ever. The job they did was absolutely horrific! We had to redo absolutely everything they did. The floors were installed the wrong direction and on top of nails, screws and dirt. The cabinets were cheap, laminated, prefab cabinets, NOT the custom built all wood cabinets we ordered. The counters were too tall and interfered with the outlets. These guys worked really hard and came back multiple times until we were completely satisfied with the job. They are dedicated, especially Steve Glogoza the project manager. We felt very comfortable with Steve working in our house and he was very quick to respond back to us when communicating timing and any other concerns that we had.
I am more than happy to write this paragraph in reference to the superior job that was rendered by Servpro of East Windsor! The walls were all smoky and dark because of a problem with the gas furnace. The crew came to my house and worked very diligently until everything was super Clean!!
