Had a water heater flood recently in a 1100sq ft condo. 2 supervisor , 1 manager.type. 1 that spoke English, & a young lady who did next to nothing. They used electronic devise to detect wet walls & floors. Floors covered with waterproof vinyl plank! I do not know why they tore out waterproof flooring. ?? The dehumidifiers used to dry out walls would also dry up flooring??!! The bill was $7,000 !!?? I feel RIPPED OFF by this company. DO NOT USE THEM IS MY RECOMMENDATION.

I had an excellent experience with ServPro after discovering a water leak from a broken pipe under the bathroom sink when I got home one day in July 2024. It was a shock to see the damage, but ServPro responded immediately and got to work right away. Response time was within half hour. Crew was courteous and professional. Very well organized. Over a period of a few days following flooding the cleanup process and drying was extremely well done.
