Andre’ Lamb and his team were very professional and did a wonderful job in helping us with our flood damage. They were at our home less than a hour after we called SERVPRO. They assessed the situation, throughly explained our options and removed all the soaked carpet and padding quickly and efficiently. We had a leak from our dishwasher that caused unexpected water damage, and SERVPRO came to the rescue! Dan, Jesse, Chance, and Steffen were all incredibly professional, efficient, and kind throughout the entire process. They showed up quickly, explained everything clearly, and worked hard to make sure our home was properly dried out and safe.
Dan was quick to respond, very thorough, answered all my questions and helped me with my water mitigation and restoration. Very please with his professionalism, honesty, fast response and help. 10/10 definitely reccommend!
