Terrible. They came to quote floor replacement at my property in May '26. I signed the contract, paid over 75% of the work up front, and then before scheduling the work was told they were going to charge me more. When I refused and terminated, they told me the deposit was in the process of being refunded - that was ten days ago and no refund and no return emails. Avoid this team.

I cannot say enough good things about Team Shaw. When a pipe unexpectedly burst in our home and brought down nearly half of my daughter’s ceiling, we were completely overwhelmed. Told me that insurance needed asbestos testing even though house was built after 1980. Insurance would not pay for the test. Servpro team Shaw billed me for it. After mentioning what happened they did not reply to my email and sent the bill to collections less than 2 weeks after receiving the bill.

The office staff is great! They will never leave you hanging or do you wrong! I was impressed by how the woman I was assigned to showed up for me!

We have been using Shaw now since December 2025 and we have been very happy with their service. Hayden is always calling and checking on us when there is a big storm heading our way. They are always on time, very knowledgeable, and there crews are respectful and there work is clean. Thank you for all your help
