I can’t remember exactly, but I think a man’s name was Joe Kevin Romero, or something like that. He was a great talker, professional, pretty knowledgeable. The team overall was really pretty great. I’d give them an A-based on the hours, the different modes of work, the professionalism, the efficiency, the thoroughness, and the results. Great job guys! We will pray for no mold and proceed with reconstruction (but very minimal, this place will flood again!!…it’s so traumatic.). Thank you ServPro!

The Hickman team was called down to help the central Iowa area to help after a big storm. They were extremely accommodating helpful and friendly. It obviously be a frustrating situation for my household they were easily a bright spot. From getting ahold of them at almost any time, to scheduling.
