Due to winter storm in January, garage was destroyed due to water damage. This company did amazing repairs. Mr. Jonathan was excellent!. He communicated promptly and effectively. He was also very supportive with insurance company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!! Thanks!!!
My experience with Servpro has been stressful. I had extensive water damage to my home. They initially tried to send me an invoice claiming they were finished when I told them in advance I still had gaping holes in my vanity where they removed the base board. If I didn't get my insurance company involved, I honestly believe they had no intention in completing the job. It took them 7 months to finally finish it. It takes less time to build an entire house.
