I had the pleasure of working with tech Bryan Ivy from the Douglasville branch. He was very professional, hardworking and took his time to make sure things were done right. He deserves a good raise!!!!!!!!!!!
I had water damage on the first floor of my home and while nothing and no one is perfect, Dakota tried every day and in every way to make this whole mess as painless as possible. He walked me through the entire process, encouraging me when necessary and kept me up to date on who was coming, what they would be doing and give me approximate time lines. Dakota told me I’d live through this all and he was spot on!
