Alexis did a great job in my kitchen and breakfast room! He was timely and efficient! His team worked hard and paid attention to every detail. We had open communication and mutual respect. Enjoyed working with Alexis!
Jamey and Mike really did a excellent job on my floor. It was very hard to get my flooring off because of so much glue but they did it and it was a lot of work. The guys are very professional and kind. I would recommend serving pro to everyone!
Our basement flooded in November 2023. We just closed out the account. They did not respond to emails in a timely manner. They hired a random contractor to install the cabinets and he wanted us to sign off on the work that was not correct. They installed wrong cabinets that we did not approve and said those were the ones we picked out. They damaged our sink during removal. I had severe water damage from a burst supply line and Servpro came to access the damage. Their customer service team was very knowledgeable and had quick response times. The tech they sent out (Austin) was completely Amazing, Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Hardworking! I will definitely be using them again and encourage others to do so as well! Job Well Done!
