From the incredible job they did cleaning up our lower level after water damage to the courteous staff and personal touches from their office our experience with SERVPRO of Dane County West was exceptional. We had anywhere from 2 to 6 inches of water in our basement (used as library and office). Awesome group of people to work with. Very patient and ready to help with everything from removing the contents from some 30 bookcases, hauling the boxes out to a POD in the driveway and back in to the house to the basement.
