Unbeknownst to us, a pipe had a slow leak in the wall of our NEW 9 month old house! Sunday the 15th we noticed a trickle coming down the backsplash from my pot-filler. Kent and Tamiru came out I believe it was Tuesday. My entire bank of cabinets, uppers and lowers, had to come out!!😭😭 The closet in the master bath had to be emptied and Sheetrock from the 2 areas removed. The SERVEPRO crew responded promptly to my service call during the Arctic freeze in Dallas last week. I had a water pipe break in my house. Juan and his crew helped remediate the damage and explained the process to me. My questions were always answered and SERVEPRO was always available when I called. Another gentleman named Randy took my original contact call and also helped organize the procedure in an efficient manner.
