Ice maker leak, undetected for days, maybe weeks, damaged my hardwood floors. Servpro came in and set up drying equipment the next morning, arranged for a flooring company to do the replacement and arranged everything else. Love these guys! Highly recommend them.
Recently the roof of my studio caved in due to rain. The pro service team was sent by my insurance company and the team worked quickly to clean up the mess and set up fans and heaters to dry the room. They monitored the process as the wet wood was drying and installed a tarp over the roof to prevent further rain damage until the studio was dry enough for repairs. My husband and I recently used Servpro of Cookeville clean up after a grease fire in our kitchen. Justin came by and took a look around and informed me of various things they would be doing. Once they started, I couldn’t believe how nice and committed they were in getting things cleaned up and the smoke smell out of our house. They thoroughly cleaned the kitchen, living room, and even gave our bedroom and our two kids bedrooms a light cleaning.
