Austin & Lonnie were the first guys on site when we had minor flooding issues at our location. They were an awesome tandem duo working swiftly to get everything under control in a professional manner! Our fridge leaked into our sub-floors and caused it to buckle. ServPro promptly came out to assess our damage and clean the area. I want to give huge shout out to Brenton, Nate, Austin, and Lonnie. They kept the noise to a minimum, kept the work area contained so that practically no debris escaped, moved and packed our belongings safely, and all around were really nice folks. We have off white carpet, and it was so stained with wheelchair marks, pet stains, and general foot traffic but we just couldn't afford to replace it at this time. I had guest coming to stay in that particular room and was in a panic to at least clean it! They came out with in a few hours of my call! Austin and Lonnie worked so hard and we were shocked how clean they got it plus it smelled clean!! Thank you, Austin and Lonnie, for working so hard and being personable and polite which is hard to find now days!!
