Austin & Lonnie were the first guys on site when we had minor flooding issues at our location. They were an awesome tandem duo working swiftly to get everything under control in a professional manner! Our fridge leaked into our sub-floors and caused it to buckle. ServPro promptly came out to assess our damage and clean the area. I want to give huge shout out to Brenton, Nate, Austin, and Lonnie. They kept the noise to a minimum, kept the work area contained so that practically no debris escaped, moved and packed our belongings safely, and all around were really nice folks. Servpro Cookeville was nothing short of exceptional! We had Adam, Austin, and Nate as the team who helped us. We had water damage in our brand new home thanks to a curious toddler and a bidet! They made a very tense situation feel not as stressful. Within the initial phone call they were at our house within an hour. They treated our home like their own and were very professional! They were the best and I highly recommend!
